Udonis Haslem Johneal (Miami, 9 de junho de 1980) é um ex-jogador norte-americano de basquete profissional que atualmente é vice-presidente de desenvolvimento do Miami Heat da National Basketball Association (NBA).
Haslem jogou basquete universitário na Universidade da Flórida e jogou basquete profissional na França por um ano e em seguida, assinou com o Heat como um agente livre em 2003. Haslem é o único jogador presente em todas as 7 Finais da NBA que o Heat disputou, em 2006, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2020 e 2023, 3 das quais o time conquistou o título.
